Verify the project information
Ask for the project’s regulatory information, approvals, developer details, construction status, proposed possession and relevant project documentation. Keep a record of what is confirmed and what is only an estimate.
Compare the home properly
Review carpet area, layout efficiency, orientation, balconies, utility spaces, parking arrangements and views. Compare the same configuration across projects wherever possible.
Treat price as one part of the decision
The headline price does not represent every purchase cost. Ask for a complete cost sheet and understand taxes, registration-related charges, maintenance or other applicable charges before making a commitment.
